Salon Hours: The salon hours are 8:00 am till 5 pm. The last appointments of the day are typically scheduled around 3 pm. It is important to be on time for you appointment. If you are late it causes the clients who follow to be inconvenienced. If you are 30 minutes late your appointment will typically need to be rescheduled. We will make an attempt to contact you. If we are unsuccessful we will then attempt to fill your spot with another client from the standby list.
Leash Policy: Please keep pets on a short leash at all times. Please allow them to relieve themselves outside and not in the salon.
Missed appointments : Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. If we have sufficient time we can schedule another client who is waiting for an appointment. Upon accumulating two no call/no shows it will be necessary to pre-pay a non-refundable payment prior to us scheduling any future appointments. If this appointment is then missed the payment will be forfeit.
Doggie Daycare Kennel Fee: We understand that it is sometimes difficult to pick up or drop off you pet in a timely manner. However, we have a limited amount of kennel space and personnel scheduled to provide them care prior to or after a grooming. Therefore we must apply a kennel fee to each pet that is dropped off 1 hour prior to their scheduled appointment or picked up 1 hour past our attempts to contact you that your pet is ready. If your pet has not been picked up prior to closing your pet will placed into our boarding facility and will be available for pickup the next business day. A fee applicable to your size pet will be accessed for boarding. We strive to make sure we have TWO working phone numbers to ensure you and your pet are reunited.
Sick Pets: If your pet is sick or under a veterinarians care for a virus or disease (staphylococcus, sarcoptic mange. MRSA, intestinal / stomach virus/, parvo. tapeworm or kennel cough) please DO NOT bring your pet in. Please be courteous and reschedule your pet. Many of these are not preventable through immunizations and can be passed to pets.
Immunizations: Immunizations are a requirement. If your pet's immunizations are not up to date please reschedule your appointment and obtain the required shots. When you do get updated shots please bring your documentation so we can update our records. If you misplace your documentation we have a records authorization form for Boonesboro Animal Clinic so they can release your records to us. We make every effort to accommodate your pet but small puppies cannot be fully immunized until a certain age. They are vulnerable to diseases that can be communicated. If your pet is not up to date we will be unable to provide you services.
Veterinarian Services: If your pet requires veterinarian services we will obtain them for you at Boonesboro Animal Clinic. You will be responsible for payment of any vet services. Typically this will only be required if the staff determines an imminent threat exists. We make every effort to safeguard your pet from injury and illness.
